Ciao! Oggi volevo farvi vedere uno smalto di una marca che ho conosciuto qualche mese fa.
Si chiama Catherine Arley ed è un brand poco diffuso: lo si trova nei negozi o magazzini cinesi, alcune dicono di averlo trovato anche nelle profumerie Douglas.

Il costo di questi smalti varia a seconda del negozio, io li ho trovati a 2 euro l'uno.
Ho comprato tre versioni di questo smalto, uno blu elettrico n°149, uno brillantinato rosa e turchese n°148 e uno trasparente n°100 che però non vi farò vedere perché...beh...è trasparente

Lo smalto blu elettrico è abbastanza liquido e ha bisogno sicuramente di due o tre passate a seconda che queste siano abbondanti o meno.
In realtà il fatto di dover dare più passate non è un problema: si asciuga molto in fretta.
Il colore è veramente bellissimo!
Non saprei i tempi di asciugatura dello smalto brillantinato, i glitter sono molto sparsi nel liquido trasparente e per ottenere opacità deve essere applicato abbondantemente con l'aiuto di una spugnetta.
Vi faccio vedere come si presenta lo smalto alla luce artificiale, si tratta dello smalto che avevo nella foto del post precedente. Ho fatto due passate abbondanti e ho applicato sopra uno smalto glitter olografico di Wet n Wild (di cui sicuramente farò la review perché lo adoro e l'ho già riacquistato)
[The electric blue nail polish is quite liquidy and you'll definitely need two or three coats to make it opaque. Luckily, the polish dries up quite fast so applying more coats won't be a problem.
The colour is really beautiful!
I don't know how much it takes for the glitter polish to dry, mainly because I apply it with a sponge to maximize the glitter payoff (the glitters are quite sparse in the clear base so you need a sponge to cover your nails completely) and this procedure makes the polish dry faster.
I'm going to show you how it looks like under artificial lights (+ holo top coat by Wet n' Wild, I love it).

Si tratta di uno smalto trasparente con glitter esagonali medi fucsia e piccoli turchese.
Lo vedete swatchato qui su un'unghia finta. Con una passata di pennello l'effetto è molto sparso

Se applicato con una spugnetta da trucco ovviamente si ottiene una copertura ottimale.
Io non ho una spugnetta da trucco quindi ho usato una spugna da piatti ma molti glitter turchesi sono rimasti intrappolati. Qui vedete circa 4/5 spugnate

In ogni caso, due buoni smalto a poco prezzo e che si fanno valere!
Il finish è lucidissimo e con un buon top coat dura anche più di una settimana.
Comprerò sicuramente altri colori di questa marca.

Anyway, I really recommend this nail polishes, they're cheap and the finish is glossy. With a good top coat it can last up to one week and more.
I will certainly buy more of this brand. Have you ever tried it?
